i hate the dentist had a very bad experience in the past but NU smile has been wonderful to me when needing them alway same day or next morning prices are reasonable compared to others and the staff have either days but don't we all ... the male denist seelam is great im sure he knew i was nervous abt goin there the first few times ... he is super nice and understanding and not afraid to numb ya up hell i hd to wisdom teeth yanked out with one poke of numbing stuff per side ... felt everything not with NU smile they get me as fast as possible iget me fixed and back to life and i like that can't complain at al .... thanks NUsmile yall keep it up ....hopeful i wont see y son lol

Nice staff but it shows on CareCredit that it works with them but when you go inside and ask, they don't work with CareCredit but with another company that doesn't have promotional none interest time payments. That makes it so harder to work with. Helping my sister. You do not take CareCredit !

This people is a joke! They scheduled an appointment for my son 6 months check up 2 months after the 6 months. Never confirmed the appointment with me and still wanted to charge me a $50 dollar fee for missing appointment that I wasn’t an are of. In top of that two years ago they did a filling on one of my teeth’s and and they did not put the right equipment and I ended up with a piece of something in my eye and they just sent me to the doctors when I couldn’t removed it in their office. They really irresponsible and just worried about getting money. When I mentioned about trying to solve this with a manager they only said that they wasn’t avaible and I needed to deal with a front desk. Wich I considered really unprofessional. I told them I would get another dentist bc this is really irresponsible when I been their client for 2 years now! All the FRONT DESK RESPONDED paid the $50 fee or ok get another dentist. They all about charging insurance and steal from clients.

I’d come here monthly if it was covered by insurance! I’d get an in depth update on my teeth situation, a couple compliments and a nice cleaning (I love cleanings!!) The dentist was great, I asked him to explain to me how he reads that weird X-ray thing of my teeth, he showed me a couple splotches on the screen and explained them to be fillings from over the years, and a different splotch explaining it to be a tiny soon-to-be cavity if I don’t keep my brushing schedule solid. I’m honestly not sure how we don’t have better X-ray technology these days, it should be easy for a regular dude to be able to see what’s going, shouldn’t need someone to be sitting there interpreting blurry splotches and smudges on a screen! But l’maysah I love this place, short wait time, patient and calm while still being quick and efficient, and they have a great reminder system which I think every office should adopt — they text me like three times before an appointment! I can’t forget about an appointment if I tried!

This place is a JOKE! I don't understand how I am supposed to call to reschedule/cancel my appointment the day prior at 8:30pm when there already closed. The day of my appointment I had to reschedule but they said they have to cancel it not reschedule it and I would get a call back before they close to do so. NEVER DID, I had to reach out. Now I had to because I have COVID! Does not seem like they care and they still wanted me to show to my appointment hmm not safe! And on top of that I have to pay a fee for calling an hour before my appointment umm hello that's when use opened its not like I called 5 minutes before the appointment time. Ridiculous. I see no fault on my end!
